Indian Press Network maintains a transparent refund policy for membership and service-related payments.

Membership Fees

Membership registration and verification fees are generally non-refundable once the application has been submitted and processed.

Eligible Refund Cases

Refund requests may be considered only in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment made by the user.
  • Technical error resulting in multiple transactions.
  • Payment deducted but membership application not received by our system.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after payment.
  • Membership rejection due to incorrect or incomplete information.
  • Violation of membership rules or policies.
  • Services already utilized or accessed.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days through the original payment method.
